The firm was originally formed by Joseph A. Cadella in 1970 as a full service leading edge computer firm. With ten years of prior computer education, advanced computer activity, and computer management positions, Mr. Cadella worked with IBM and Univac towards their development of their specialized and general software packages. His firm was contracted to install and support the computer manufacturers’ clients purchasing their first “modern” electronic computer systems.

Over the years, he developed on-line reservation systems, live on-the-floor manufacturing systems, specialized distribution systems, and a large computer service bureau that processed simple and complex computer applications for firms that didn’t want that responsibility in their own facilities.
